Perry Rouhani – Perry has been licensed in Real Estate since 1981. He has many years of experience in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets as well as foreclosures and special investment properties. Perry has sold real estate in four states and specializes in trouble shooting for new business. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and works with clientele on an international level. Perry has attained Master status as a licensed Real Estate Professional with Century 21 for outstanding sales.

Knute (K.C.) Cover – KC is certified as an ABR, Relocation Specialist, e-Pro Internet Professional, and Mature Moves Specialist. K.C. has vast experience dealing with FHA, VA, and down payment assistant programs. His experience includes fifteen years of Industrial Business Management. KC is also a V.I.P. Member of Cambridge Who’s Who Registry and has attained the Century 21 Centurion Award for outstanding sales.

Lorraine Ismark – Lorraine is a real estate professional and is certified as an ABR, and Relocation Specialist. She has attained Master Status with Century 21 for outstanding sales. Her background is in Accounting and Business Management. She has been a resident of Pinellas County since 1972 and has owned businesses in Pinellas County for twenty eight years.

Mark McEntire – Mark has been a Pinellas County resident for more than 38 years. He has an AA degree in Information Systems Management and a BA degree in Business Management, as well as twenty years experience in Business Management. He is president of Florida Property Investment Group. He is a CHI and is considered a rental and investment specialist. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Professional and a Multimillion Dollar producer.
